You don’t have to do this alone

Psychotherapy with a qualified professional is one of the best investments you’ll ever make

You continue to give to others, even when there’s nothing left.

You feel disorganized, frazzled, and on-edge.

You long for more connection but are too stressed and tired.

Together, we’ll restore the balance.

Services Offered

Initial Appointment

$290/65 minutes

During our first session, we’ll spend 60-70 minutes talking about what has led you to therapy. This session often feels like a thorough but informal interview. I’ll listen deeply to discern your needs and preferences. If it’s a good fit, we’ll take it from there.

Individual Therapy

$250/50 minutes

Whether in person or via Telehealth, we will work strategically on the goals that matter most to you.

Psychotherapy: Eligible medical expense?

Psychotherapy by a psychologist is considered an eligible medical expense, therefore HSA and FSA cards may be used for payment (see Eligible Medical Expenses). Cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

All clients receive “superbills” for possible insurance reimbursement. An annual Good Faith Estimate for anticipated costs of therapy, in compliance with the No Surprises Act (2021), is also provided.

Sliding scale fees are not offered at this time, although Dr. Williams is contracted with Lyra.

Insurance

Dr. Williams is no longer an in-network provider for any insurance company. Insurance claims are filed as a courtesy for those who utilize their out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits. Payment in full is required at the time of service, regardless of OON benefits.

Many clients have out-of-network insurance benefits but don’t understand how to use them.

We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

Use the Reimbursement Calculator below to estimate how much you can expect to pay for out-of-network therapy. To do this, add your information, insurance member ID, and click Calculate.
